- The impact of stretch goals (incl. exercise)
- The confidence level (incl. exercise)

- Cascading and connecting OKRs across different organizational levels
- Exercise: Applying the OKR method and principles using a fictional case study in small groups, followed by presentations and feedback
Afternoon – Facilitated OKRs Workshop Session | 13:00–16:00
Goal: To get hands-on results for an OKR proposal to pursue with your team.
- Guided development of an initial OKR draft for your organisation or team
- Translating strategy into outcome-oriented Objectives & Key Results
- Documentation in a shared Excel template as a tangible workshop output
- Next steps and recommendations for company-wide rollout
