Joern Steinz (MBA) – Leadership Offsite & Strategy Facilitator
Joern Steinz helps leadership teams turn complex, high-stakes discussions into clear priorities, decisions and commitments. He brings structure, sharp workshop design and challenging, results-oriented facilitation that keeps a senior team focused on outcomes rather than debate.
With a background in management consulting and more than 1.000 workshops and trainings delivered since 2014, he combines structured facilitation with OKR-based strategy execution, agile methods and strategic business thinking.
Before founding the Hamburg-based innovation consultancy INNOMINDS, he spent more than ten years at Accenture, XING and the freenet Group, contributing to the development of new products and services — experience that lets him challenge business-model and strategic questions credibly at the leadership-team level.
He holds an MBA from EADA Business School in Barcelona and studied Business Administration in Aachen and Coventry. He facilitates in English and German.

He guides leadership teams through complex, sometimes contentious discussions towards shared perspectives, effective decisions and clear ownership — turning offsite conversations into sustainable action and measurable follow-up.
Drawing on experience across a range of industries, Oliver combines analytical clarity with strong empathy and pragmatic, results-oriented facilitation, making him especially effective when a leadership team needs to align on priorities while strengthening how they work together.
